It was a busy week and weekend, but unfortunately there’s no rest for the weary when it comes to feeding your family 3 meals a day every day for the remainder of your natural life. Here’s what I’ve come up with for this week, which includes a birthday dinner on Wednesday.
Monday – Greek Cabbage Roll Bowls – I’ve never made this recipe before, but we like a similar recipe from Budget Bytes that doesn’t include cabbage.
Tuesday – Dijon Cream Pork Chops and Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday – Out to eat
Thursday – BBQ Pulled Pork Bowls
Friday – Cowboy Butter Lemon Chicken Pasta – I like to use the Barilla Protein+ pasta.
Saturday – Leftovers/Fridge Clean out – Whatever is left after dinner, portion into single serve containers, label and freeze
Sunday – Asian Style Tuna Cakes – I’ll serve with white rice and quick pickled cucumbers
